My stamp came!

I ordered a stamp for my produce bags, well, for the tags for them. It finally came yesterday!

My most recent produce bag I LOVE IT! This one is FOR SURE one for us to use...probably me because of it's girly nature ; )

The brown is actually darker, more like this close up.

I am going to find a cute pink or orange ribbon to use for the pull string!

Finally!

I finally got to use my produce bags for the first time! : ) I need to make myself a few more tho, because I only had 2 to use and I needed like 2 or 3 more...

Consignment

I approached the Co-op in my home town today with my reusable produce bags. They are keeping the three bags that I brought with me on consignment to see how they go! I am excited to see how they go...altho I gave her really low prices : ( I wish I would have gone a little higher...owell!

I am EXHAUSTED! 4 hours sleep + Lacy = NOT ENOUGH I'll write more tomorrow : )

I got a few larger size produce bags done today! I tried painting a carrot...I'm still not sure what I think about it. I can't wait to get my camera back! The camera phone just doesn't take as nice of pictures : (

Crafty Day

I had a pretty productive day today craft-wise. I made two more reusable produce bags, painted all five produce bags and made a pillowcase tote! *update* make that two pillowcase totes!

Whatcha think?

Vic suggested I stamp or paint something on the corner of the bags. I have no stamps so painting it is!!! She thinks I should try to sell them, LOL.

Produce Bags

Last night I went to visit Vic and see her assortment of cloth diapers she's made (SO CUTE! BTW) and she got me in a sewing mood! I went home and made some reusable produce bags! No more need for those pesky non-earth friendly plastic bags at the grocery store anymore! I had some leftover muslin after I made a baby sling for Bob's sis-in-law and lots of leftover twine from my picture project. It worked out perfect!
