Last night while I was editing photos and blogging...Bob was creating a tasty beverage.
Mead!
(This is the honey and water heating up to temp)
I am so excited for it to be ready to drink : )
We went to the store today and bought white grape juice to add to the mead to give it more body. We also picked up stuff to make a rhubarb wine and another batch of beer...we've got some brewing in the basement already!

I love Mead, but due to my illness can no longer drink any alcohol, not that I ever drank much alcohol any way, the jury is still out as to if I miss alcohol or not lol
