*updated* When life gives you lemons...

do the Master Cleanse and make a funky lemonade mixture.

I took a few minutes tonight to juice the lemons that I will be needing for my cleanse this week. Not like I won't have time to do it tomorrow, but it's nice to have things done ahead of time...and I'm usually only good at that if it's something simple! Haha.

This is my *updated* menu for the next 14 days...

Monday- 6 glasses of lemonade mixture and water
Tuesday- 6 glasses of lemonade mixture and water
Wednesday- 6 glasses of lemonade mixture and water
Thursday- ALC from The Grill : ) haha
Friday- Whatever I want
Saturday-Whatever I want
Sunday- Whatever I want
Monday- Whatever I want
Tuesday- Whatever I want
Wednesday- Whatever I want
Thursday- Whatever I want
Friday- Whatever I want
Saturday- Whatever I want
Sunday- Whatever I want! : )

So I caved...on the 5th day of no food, I caved. I'm disappointed. Wasn't hungry, just wanted it. Owell, guess it's not meant to be!

The lemonade mixture is 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp real maple syrup and 1/10 tsp cayenne in 10 oz spring water.

I can feel how jealous you are! It's okay, you can admit it.

Babe that sounds really hard and also like the Beyonce diet, which has been proved to be very very unhealthy. I really, I am a bit concerned for you and if you want I can send you a diet that is for heart patients that HAVE to loose weight before they can be operated on. It is a three day diet that you can do often. You will loose between 5 and 10lbs the first time you do it, it slows down a bit after that, but in a month you can lose alot of weight and it's easy. Awe :) thanks for your concern! But, not to worry! My brother does it a few times a year and he's still alive :)

I'm actually not doing it for dieting purposes...just cleansing purposes.

Plus, who last time, I probably won't make it the whole time!! haha.

Whoa! Your diet sounds like a tough one. How much cleansing does a body really need, anyway? I used to go on 3-day fasts when I was younger and I've done other diets that completely ignored protein and general nutrition. It didn't seem to change a thing. Will you be taking a multivitamin? Take care.
